1. There are no registration fees to participate in any of the competitions. Participation is voluntary and no purchase is required to submit the contest entry.
2. The contestant/s need to be between the ages 3 – 12 years.
3. The contest is live from 10 April 2020 up to 3rd May 2020 and entries will be accepted up to 11:59 PM of 3rd May 2020.
4. At the end of the duration, the best contestants (winners) will be selected at Embassy Group’s sole discretion.
5. The decision of Embassy Group in all matters including, pertaining to the contest shall be final and binding on the contestants.
6. The winners will be notified after 15th May 2020 through Social Media Handles/E-Mail of the respective parent. If Embassy Group cannot contact any winner, or a prize remains unclaimed 10 days after being notified, it will be forfeited.
7. Embassy Group reserves the right to extend the deadline for participation at its sole discretion.
8. The lucky winners of each category with entries fulfilling all participation criteria shall be awarded with prizes mentioned against each category.
9. The prize is non-transferable. No cash or other alternatives will be offered. Prizes are subject to availability.
10. Contest entries must be made in the manner as specified by Embassy Group by the closing date specified herein. Failing to do so will disqualify the entry.
11. In the event any of the winners decide not to accept the aforesaid prize, then Embassy Group reserves the right to, at their sole discretion, choose another winner from the submissions.
12. Embassy Group reserves the right to cancel, amend, modify or change all or any of the terms, rules applicable to this Contest at its sole discretion without notice.
13. Embassy Group reserves the right to disqualify or block any entries or participants that de-motivate, defame or abuse anyone, including any participant.
14. Embassy Group holds no responsibility for entries that are not received for whatever reason including any technical reason.
15. The parent/guardian (hereinafter “parent”) is obliged to provide accurate, current, honest and complete information of the participant.
16. Participants who make their contest submission through their parent with the complete details will be considered for the contest.
17. By participating in the Contest, the parent duly authorizes Embassy Group for the use of stories/photos/comments etc. of the participant. The stories/photos/comments etc., so provided/uploaded by the participant may be used for any marketing purpose by Embassy Group via any mode including but not restricted to, print and digital mode.
18. Embassy Group shall not be responsible for any technical/network related issue.
19. Winning entrants shall not object to any cropping or other minor alteration of the photographs of their artwork when used outside the remit of this competition.
20. By entering the competition, the parent/guardian confirms and warrants that the child’s or children’s artwork that has been submitted:
    1. is their own original work;
    2. that all copyright, and any other intellectual property rights in the artwork photograph are vested in the child and they have not assigned, licensed or disposed of or otherwise encumbered any of their rights in the artwork;
    3. does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party in respect of the artwork.
21. Embassy Group accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liability injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by the participant in connection with his/her participation in the contest. Embassy group further disclaims liability for any injury or damage to the participant, his/her devise or any other person’s device relating to or resulting from participating in or downloading any material in connection with the contest.
22. If one or more conditions of these Terms and Conditions are void and/or invalid, this will not affect the validity of the remaining Terms and Conditions and/or any other specific terms for the contest.
23. The parent agrees that Embassy Group can make any and all entries available in their publication and/or on their websites and any other media, whether now known or invented in the future. Parents herby grant Embassy Group, a worldwide, irrevocable, royalty-free license in the entry, to use, display, publish, transmit, copy, make derivate works from, edit, alter, store, re-format, and sub-license the entry for such purpose.
24. Embassy Group may in appropriate circumstances, and its sole discretion, reject, edit, remove or disable access to entries appear to be legally or otherwise problematic i.e. infringe the copyright or other intellectual property or privacy of others, defamatory etc. or for any other reason.
25. Embassy Group is not responsible or liable for costs incurred by the contestant/parents in connection with the participation in the contest.
26. The contest and Terms & Conditions will be governed by Indian Law and will subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangalore.
